The company ByRaki flavor deals exclusively with Cretan distillate, drinks and liqueurs created with it.
In the brochure you will find 25 of the 26 ByRaki flavor products.
The products in the ByRaki flavor brochure are divided into 4 categories.
- Cretan Tsikoudia – Raki. The Cretan Tsikoudia is a distillate from grapes of the Cretan countryside. Each country has its own spirit from grapes,the difference between the countries, and therefore the grapes, is the soil and the weather. Tsikoudia is bottled in packages of 20ml, 50ml, 100ml, 200ml and 700ml. Its alcohol content is 38%.
- ByRaki flavor 25% vol alc. In this series, the company ByRaki flavor has the monopoly in Greece. This range includes special flavors, combined with the percentage of alcohol, so that we can enjoy them in different ways of serving and in cocktails. We can choose the glass we want, either a low one, or a martini glass, or a shotgun, in all flavors. If we want we can add ice or crushed ice, some soft drink or natural juice or energy drink. The flavors Chocolate, Cinnamon and Caramel can be served in a hot brandy glass, with the result that its temperature raises the intensity of Tsikoudia and at the same time highlights the Taste and the Aroma. Packages: 50ml, 100ml, 200ml and 700ml.
- Rakomelo 20% vol alc. It is a traditional family recipe that includes Cretan Tsikoudia – Raki, Cretan Honey, Cinnamon and Carnation. We can choose a hot brandy glass, with the result that its temperature raises the intensity of Tsikoudia and at the same time highlights the Taste and Aroma. Packages: 50ml, 200ml and 700ml.
- ByRaki flavor 16% & 17% vol alc. This category includes traditional liqueurs. We can enjoy them alone, as well as before or after a meal. Packages: 50ml, 200ml and 500ml.
All ByRaki flavor products can be used in cooking and confectionery recipes. Our products, from 2019, are used and recommended by the Hotel Chamber of Greece in the certified hotels with the brand “Greek Breakfast”.
The brochure does not include the 5th option which is the collector’s bottle. The reason it is not included is because it is produced in limited pieces. More information can be found here.
